Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup Excella Sunflower oil
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Method:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a jar, screw the lid on tightly and shake until all the dressing ingredients are combined.
2. Shake again before dressing a salad of leafy greens.
3. The dressing keeps well in the fridge for just over a week.
